Abstract

Based on a review of related concepts, this article identifies the strategy risk of Chinese airlines through WBS-RBS and interview methods. The Analytic Network Process (ANP) method is used to assess strategy risk and to rank strategy risk factors. Using Triangular fuzzy numbers this study determines the differences between the strategy risks of various Chinese airlines. Among 16 strategy risk factors, strategy change and environment are the biggest risks. Of the 12 Chinese airlines studied, Air China has lowest strategy risk, and Okay Airways has the highest strategy risk.
