Abstract

This work is a continuation of the search for optimal conditions for the selective extraction of molybdenum from spent molybdenum-containing hydrotreating catalysts. The optimal conditions for extracting molybdenum from molybdenum (VI) oxide MoO3 are determined. The kinetic regularities of the interaction of solutions of nitric acid (HNO3) and sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) with a molybdenum-containing catalyst were described.
